Do I need an appointment for a tour?
Please call (510) 436-0823 before coming for a tour so we can arrange a time to show you around and answer your questions.
What should we ask during a visit?
Ask to see a bedroom, bathroom, dining area, and shared spaces. Discuss the help your family member needs, staff coverage, communication with families, rates, and what is included.
Can family and friends visit after hours?
Regular visiting hours are 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. After-hours visits can be arranged by appointment.
